Lease Armor offers financial stability that allows us to offer leases with reduced risk confidently. If you encounter challenges, Lease Armor can step in to cover rent, backed by these important protections:
Lease Armor provides coverage if life events prevent you from making rent payments. This program enables us to approve your lease, knowing Lease Armor protects your rent.
Your Lease Armor membership includes a unique Membership ID that allows us to verify your active status throughout your lease. This transparency assures us that your lease remains protected, reinforcing trust and reliability.
Lease Armor encourages us to offer leases to tenants with various rental histories by adding an extra layer of security. Knowing you’re protected by Lease Armor allows us to move forward with your lease confidently.
To meet our requirements, the Lease Armor plan you choose must cover a minimum of 75% of your monthly rent. This level of coverage ensures that should you fall behind, Lease Armor can assist in covering the necessary amount.
You must have enough points available in your Lease Armor account to redeem for rent coverage. Only with sufficient points can Lease Armor activate payments toward your rent.
Any coverage plan below 75% of your monthly rent amount will not meet our lease approval requirements. This minimum threshold is essential for both your financial stability and ours.
